MORE THAN A BUILDING
The Lord's Society, is an international religious society which offers its members - and all interested - a chance to become part of something greater. To grow in their love of God and for one another within the communities of Christian Churches confessing the Ancient Creed.
We are rooted in the stories of the Bible and believe worship is something that can be expressed in everything we do. Our philosophy is founded on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. No matter who you are, there’s a special place for you within the Body of Christ. Get in touch today.

OUR VISION, OUR MISSION, OUR CALLING
Our mission at The Lord's Society is to be open to the guidance of God's Holy Spirit within the teaching of the historic church.
The objects of the Society are, for the public benefit , to advance the Christian Faith, in particular, but without limitation, by the public exercise of traditional Christian worship; assisting Christians to get a deeper understanding of the Faith and to further spiritual replatisohips between believers of established traditional churches worldwide;
and the provision of pastoral care, including the Society’s Service.
the Society promotes its vision by offering public worship, prayers, lectures, forums, conferences and sponsoring of students and ministers in line with its objects in and outside of the UK.
The Society is subject to no other ecclesiastical body.
We recognise and sustain cooperations with ecclesiastical bodies professing the Nikaean Creed.
Our membership is open to any individual interested in understanding of the traditional Christianity and in promoting the Objects of the Christian Faith as expressed in the OBJECTS of the Society.
Members must be communicant members of a recognised church.
Members are expected to pray regularly for the Society and its work, and to play as full a part as they can in its life.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
The Nikaean Creed:
I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the only-begotten, begotten of the Father before all ages.
Light of light; true God of true God; begotten, not made; of one essence with the Father,
by Whom all things were made; Who for us men and for our salvation came down from Heaven,
and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, and became man.
And He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried.
And the third day He arose again, according to the Scriptures, and ascended into Heaven,
and sits at the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead; Whose Kingdom shall have no end. And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life,
Who proceeds from the Father; Who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified;
Who spoke by the prophets. In one Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins.
I look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.
